System Requirements

FARCI is originally written in MATLAB. The subroutines in FARCI (version 1.0.0) have been successfully tested on MATLAB 2017b, 2018b and 2020b.

Prerequisites

​

FARCI utilizes Suite2P and OASIS for deconvolution of calcium imaging data. Please download both packages from below links and add them to farci/subfunctions folder.

Download and Installation

 

Download and unzip the FARCI for codes and data.

Download datasets generated using NAOMi from here.
